Computer-shielded cables for intrinsically safe circuits (including intrinsically safe DCS cables)

First. product features and uses

The product has low capacitance and low inductance, and has excellent shielding performance and anti-interference performance. The special high temperature computer cable adopts imported fluoroplastics and fluororubber materials, and can be used for a long time in the environment of -40-260°C. The product has no flame retardant. Excellent characteristics such as acid and alkali resistant oil and water. The cable structure is designed for the explosion-proof circuit of the local security. It is not only used for bridge laying, but also for cable trench laying and direct burial. The special high temperature intrinsically safe computer cable won the national patent certificate in 2000. It is suitable for transmission line with distributed protection system and automatic detection system under explosion-proof protection requirements and other harsh environments. The explosion-proof safety performance is obviously higher than that of general DCS cable and computer control cable.

Third. the use of characteristics

1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 300/500V

2. the highest working temperature: polyethylene insulation does not exceed 70°C; XLPE insulation 90°C; low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin 70°C; low smoke halogen free flame retardant crosslinked polyolefin 90°C and 125°C Polyfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) insulation does not exceed 200 ° C; imported soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) does not exceed 260°C.

3. the minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying -40°C, non-fixed laying -15°C; fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: fixed laying -60°C, non-fixed laying -25°C.

4. cable installation temperature should not be lower than 0°C (high temperature type is not lower than -25°C).

5 the allowable bending radius of the cable: the minimum non-armored cable is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; the copper tape shield or steel tape armored cable is at least 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
