This product is suitable for the transmission line of electrical instrument rated voltage 450/750V and below, and the transmission line of automatic control system. It has excellent performances such as oil resistance, water resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, various corrosive gases, aging resistance and non-combustion. The products are widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries.

Third, the use of characteristics

1, AC rated voltage:U0/U 450/750V。

2, the highest working temperature: polytetrafluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation does not exceed 200°C; soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation does not exceed 260°C.

3, the minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying -40°C, non-fixed laying -20°C; fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: fixed laying -60°C, non-fixed laying -15°C.

4, cable installation temperature should not be lower than 0°C (fluoroplastic, silicone rubber and nitrile sheathed cable is not lower than -25°C).

5, the allowable bending radius of the cable: the minimum non-armored cable is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; the copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cable is at least 12 times the outer diameter of the cable; the fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cable is the minimum cable outer diameter. 8 times.

Six main technical indicators

1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (in accordance with GB/T3956) refers to Table 3 of Appendix A.

2. The insulation resistance at 20°C is not less than 500 MΩ·km.

3. The finished cable is subjected to AC 50Hz 3.0kV/5min voltage test without breakdown.
