The cable with rated voltage of 0.38/0.66kV adopts the A-type structure shown in Figure 1. The cable with rated voltage of 0.66/1.44kV and below adopts the A-type or B-type structure shown in the figure below.

conductor
The single conductor wire should be tinned. The conductor shall comply with the provisions of 5.1 of MT818.1-2009, and the conductor surface may be covered with an isolation layer.
Note: Discoloration or embrittlement of the barrier layer after vulcanization is not evaluated.
insulation
The power core insulation of the cable shall comply with the XJ-30A type specified in GB/T 7594.8-1987, the tensile strength shall not be less than 6.5 MPa, and the thickness shall comply with the provisions of 5.2 2 and Table 2 and Table 3 of MT818-2009. If the ground core of MC-0.38/0.66 type is insulated, the insulation should meet the requirements of XJ-30A in GB/T 7594.8-1987. The control core insulation is made of polyfluoroethylene propylene or similar materials. The nominal thickness of the insulation is 0.4mm. The nominal thickness of the insulation of other materials is 0.7mm. The tensile strength of the control core insulation should not be lower than 6.5MPa. The MCP-0.66/1.14 insulation screen is made of semi-conductive tape or extruded, and the performance of the screen layer conforms to the provisions of 5.3 of MT818.1-2009.
The insulation resistance of the cable at 20°C shall comply with the requirements of Table 4.

Cable core
The position of the control core shall comply with the provisions of 5.4.2 of MT818.1-20089, the number of control cores shall be not less than 3, the nominal cross-sectional area of the core shall not be less than 2.5mm2, and the twist ratio of the core shall be larger. Not less than 10. The position of the ground core shall comply with the provisions of 5.4.4a) or 5.4.4e) of MT818.1-2009.
jacket
If the cable has an inner sheath, its performance shall be in accordance with the XH-03A type specified in GB/T 7594.7-1987, and the outer sheath rubber shall be made of neoprene or equivalent material as the sheathing compound. Its performance shall comply with GB/ The type XH-03A of T 7594.7-1987 specifies that the thickness of the sheath conforms to 5.2.2 of MT818.1-20089 and Table 2 and Table 3 of this part, and the tear strength is not less than 5N/mm. The cable can be provided with a fiber woven reinforcement layer between the inner and outer sheaths.
The outside diameter of the cable shall be within the ranges listed in Tables 2 and 3.
Working conditions
The long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor with a rated voltage of 0.66/1.14 and below is 90 °C, and the minimum bending radius of the cable is 6 times the diameter of the cable.
