skills requirement
conductor
The conductor shall be attached to the provisions of 5.1 of MT818.1-2009. The single conductor of the conductor is allowed to be tinned, and the surface of the conductor may be provided with an isolation layer.
Note: Discoloration or embrittlement of the barrier layer after vulcanization is not evaluated.
insulation
Insulation shall be in accordance with the provisions of XJ-30A in GB/T7594.8-1987, the tensile strength shall not be less than 6.5 MPa, and the insulation thickness shall be in accordance with 5.2.2 of MT818.1-2009 and Table 2 of this part. The insulation resistance of the insulated power core at 20 °C shall not be less than 650 MΩ·km.
Cable core
The strand diameter ratio of the cable core should be no more than 10.
jacket
The sheath is a single-layer structure, and the performance of the sheath shall be in accordance with the XH-03A type in GB/T7594.7-1987. The thickness of the sheath shall be in accordance with the provisions of MT818.1-1999 and Table 2 of this part.
Outer diameter
Cable outer diameter values should be within the ranges listed in Table 2.
Working conditions
The rated voltage U0/U is 0.3/0.5kV, the long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C, and the minimum bending radius of the cable is 6 times the diameter of the cable.
