First, product features and uses
This product has high fire resistance. It can withstand direct flame and direct short-circuit and short-circuit faults within a certain period of time. Therefore, it is beneficial to reduce losses in the event of fire. It is suitable for various fire hazards and fire safety. Electrical equipment and control systems in higher importance locations are used as connecting lines.
Second, product implementation standards
Q/HHTZH009.1
Fire resistance meets the requirements of GB/T19666-2005 (IEC331)
Third, the use of characteristics
1, AC rated voltage:U0/U 450/750V
2, the highest working temperature: flame retardant PVC insulation and sheath 70°C and 105°C; fluoroplastic insulation and sheath 200°C and 260°C; cross-linked polyethylene insulation 90°C; low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin 70°C; low smoke zero halogen flame retardant crosslinked polyolefin 90°C and 125°C.
3, the minimum ambient temperature: flame retardant PVC sheath: fixed laying -40°C, non-fixed laying -15°C
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: fixed laying -60°C; non-fixed laying -20°C
4, fire resistance characteristics:
In accordance with IEC331 regulations | Flame temperature 750°C, burning time 3h, cooling time 12h, additional rated voltage, additional 3A current |
Meet the requirements of GB/T19666A | Flame temperature 950-1000°C, burning time 90min, additional rated voltage 3A current |
Meet the requirements of GB/T19666B | Flame temperature 750-800°C, combustion time 90min, additional rated voltage 3A current |
5. The cable installation temperature is not lower than 0°C, and the fluoroplastic sheath cable is not lower than -25°C.
6. The refractory layer is between the conductor and the insulation. The insulation can be appropriately thinned. The thickness after thinning is not less than 80% of the nominal thickness.
7. Allowable bending radius recommended for laying: non-armored cable is not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;
The armored cable is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;
The fluoroplastic insulation and sheathing cable is not less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable.
