XLPE insulated power cable has excellent thermal-mechanical performance, excellent electrical and chemical resistance, and it also has cable weight. Light, convenient to transport, not subject to drop restrictions, etc., it is widely used in metallurgical, electric power, petrochemical enterprises and urban power grid construction.

GB/T12706 equivalent to adopt IEC60502 standard

Flame retardant and fire resistance test is carried out according to GB/T12666-2008 standard

Six. main technical indicators:

1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (according to the provisions of GB/T3956), refer to Table 1 of Appendix A;

2. Power frequency voltage test:

U0 is 3.6kV and below cable: 2.5U0+2/5min without breakdown;

U0 is a cable of 3.6kV or more to 18kV: 3.5U0/5min without breakdown;

U0 is a cable of 18kV or more to 26kV: 3.5U0/5min or 2.5U0/30min.

3. Partial discharge test: The discharge amount is not more than 10pc under 1.73U0.
